thanks for your efforts please i wanna ask u I did several listening mock tests and I did awful compared to the tests from the Cambridge IELTS books. It seems a lot harder than the other practice tests available. This really lowered my confidence and I don’t know what to expect

If you mean mock tests on websites, they are much harder and many of them have different questions that you won't find in the real test. So please don't lose confidence as the test is exactly the same as Cambridge tests and sometimes easier. Cambridge tests in books should be your measurement as you will probably get the same score you achieve in these tests.
