I have tried to do this and it says Printer is printing _ there is nothing printing. It's worked before but this one time it gets that far and the only way to close that is to do task manager and end task .... I can't get it to do anything else. it also says printer is printing when I just want to do a check. Doesn't matter what I click it says printer printing (there is nothing in que.)

Hello i have a L1800 and i was trying to reset my waste pad but my model number show up L1350 its the wrong model number for my machine and i don't know how to change the number to match my machine so it won't let me reset my waste pad.....please help

You will need to either a program or a chip resetter to reset the waste ink counter no matter what printer you have

i keep getting an error code. Whenever I push the "check" button it frezes and it the program goes to "Not Responding" ive also got a communication Error code 21000068 can I get some help.

@@geekbouteek6207 I got mine to work. I forgot what I did. But I think I just kept trying and it was a combination of things I did to where it let me.

@@luperuiz8393I got it to go I ended up turning off the printer and unplugging it from my laptop (basic reboot) and the program worked.

@@geekbouteek6207 now that I think about it I think I did that too. The printer was having problems communicating with the computer. Put initially my problem was that I couldn't find the program itself to reset it.
