CURRENT UPDATE: Going to keep it short here for a comment. I will be at Brickworld Chicago 2024 June 11th - 16th I have been active on Instagram and other LEGO livestreams the past few weeks (ACOB, Ryan, Stud City, etc) The break went way longer then anticipated and there is proof of that and long story short until I can fully explain is coming back here after that break is certainty more daunting and worrisome then posting on Insta. Fine I’ll do it myself….. Quick update as far as we know the buildable drodika will have a minifigure with it. The May 4th promo is a droid carrier at a pay wall of 160 which I think personally is ridiculous fans have been asking for more trade federation ships/carriers. The droid carrier would probably be close to the 75086 which would tie in the the phantom menace anniversary. Update: brickcliker just put out a vid where he shows the new darth maul with sith eyes leg printing minifigure (looks good not much you can do i guess some dirt stains like mace windu UCS figure) and as well as kelleran Beg (nothing special). Also a new ploy bag for the euro bruhs will be getting a Chewbacca

I seriously don't get why you people are hating because no figures. These midi sets are DISPLAY sets. What are they displaying? The vehicles. I agree in certain sets having a good rounded cast of minifigures is important sometimes crucial to a sets identity. These midi sets are not that. The tantive IV cockpit seems pretty accurate to some renders I looked at quickly online, maybe just slightly smaller, I think what might also be playing a part is that we are used to seeing a slightly oversized cockpit to fit mini figures from Lego all these years (yes I know the UCS cockpit is not for mini figures) TLDR: the scale of the cockpit varies depending on which render you look at

Oh, it's definitely undersized when compared to the Tantive IV as shown in the opening scene of Star Wars. It's the diameter more than the width - it should be almost 50% bigger diameter than it is in the midi scale model. The width is about right - it should be a little narrower than the laser battery 'wings'. But the largest diameter of the cockpit should be almost as large as the top/bottom keel of the ship, on either side of the turbolaser batteries.

Yes, as I said it is slightly smaller, but Lego has definitely made the cockpit area oversized in the past, which I think is contributing to making it look even smaller. There were multiple models of the tantive IV used in the opening sequence of Star Wars, and different renders from various media sources that depict the Tantive IV show varying cockpit sizes. It isn’t stated that the new midi scale lego model is explicitly depicting the Tantive IV from A New Hope, as the ship shows up in various pieces of Star Wars media

Tantive 4 always had small cockpit as it used to be one of my favorite ships. It’s very accurate to the show as the width of the cockpit is even to the body before the engines. I moved away from rebel and clone ships and mostly just collect imperial ships which saves money and keeps a theme…

The Tantive IV is my most anticipated set of the year and I was a bit anxious when I saw you had the images. Overall it looks good, but I agree that instinctively the front doesn't quite look right. Out of the three sets, the Invisible Hand definitely looks the best. But I will need to see these on display before making a Buy decision I think.

I am so glad they're finally making the Invisible hand! I had lost hope that they'd ever make it. I hope they keep making ships in midi-scale because its a great format/size to make large ships. We've never had a Home One or a Trade Federation Lucrehulk. An Acclamator and Venator would be great as well. It's probably hoping for too much for them to make several of these in scale to one another, but if they did make a Venator, Acclamator, and Munificent in scale to this Invisible Hand that would be amazing. It would encourage fleet-building and allow for some really awesome dioramas of space battles- and they'd probably sell a lot more them that way.

That logic that i’ve seen a half dozen comments for just truly doesn’t make any sense to me I didn’t even know the break was going to be any longer than a month. I had multiple videos a click away from publishing in February. About 10 things hit me back to back to back from Dec 2023 until feb 2024, I then literally just went the most off the grid i’ve ever been until mid april. Since then i’ve been on dozens of others livestreams and full-time back on Instagram. Back on the grid but doing those things are way “easier” and less pressuring than it is to come back on KZbin. Every day that I haven’t uploaded on KZbin just compounds into more pressure and overthinking about the comeback. My mind since the start of the YT hiatus is I just need to come back different. And especially at this point to make the break worth it whatsoever.

Cool sets! I see that grill piece to the right of the stands. So, one main reason for the Armorer's Forge decreasing in value is due to the fact that the Paz Vizsla Minifigure (exclusive to that set) is the main reason people want that set. However, recently it was leaked that a Mandalorian Season 3 set will be coming out this year with a Paz Vizsla Minifigure in it, so therefore it will no longer be exclusive to the Forge set. As for the Mandalorian Starfighter, I am unsure

Though I understand not having motivation to do something and (at least from my experience) for things to keep knocking you back. Look great, all 3 of them. I think the cockpit can be enlarged slightly without too much trouble. Will buy the hand and iv.
