Keshavnand bharti case judgement came in 1973 where secular and federal nature of constitution added as basic structure 42nd amendment came in 1976 44th amendment came in 1978 which undo most of the thing of 42nd ammendment and if secular was just political gimmick and no significance in constitution then why it didn't remove during 44th amendment and why in year 1994 supreme court in case of SR (Bommai versus UOI )has said same thing...sir my simple question why suprem court can't remove this word in spite of pil filled by advocate in year 2020
