Great picking as ALWAYS of a great lock. Lots going on inside so a fair amount of information From other's would always be appreciated. I assume so but am not positive. I do see a lot of mentions of it being made for government online, so it's probably safe to assume it's for the Internal Revenue Service, which makes me wonder what it was used to secure!
