Can anyone please comment on the reliability of this model? I like the la Grand Classique model, however I have read many poor reviews of it. Things such as it breaks down very frequently and it's considerably expensive to have it repaired. I would appreciate your comments. Thanks.

Dont listen to the forums. I have this watch and it performs impeccably. Never had a problem; it runs to +2 seconds a day with the beat error of 0.1ms. (done on a timegrapher).
