My favourite scene in the entire series, it's heartrendingly emotional and feels very honest. It really illustrates the connection between Bette and Tina above all others because, at the very point of desperation and departure, they couldn't let each other go.

Even IC didn't understand the Relationship between Bette & Tina because like JB says the scene was much more about sex. Hopefully, they decided to play it in a different way more emotionnal. IC never wanted that Bette & Tina went back together. Bad idea again for the Creator of the show. That why JB decided to cry in that scene and LH reacted to her, wich makes one of the most beautiful scene of the fifth season for me.

@@Livmylifelivi in an interview, JB said that her crying was improvised or rather her reaction to the moment. She got caught up in the moment of them being together, as she stated.

Actually based on their behind closed doors they fell over heads and hills with each other on set so by the time they shot that scene they were really an item.. Wow I just can't get enough of them.
