If lower limit 'L' in input is given as '0' or '1', then '1' gets included into the primes while printing. To avoid that, put a check at the start and change 'L' to '2', if it is given as '0' or '1'.

I got an compilation error when i create dummy array it says identifier 'dummy' is undefined. Can someone help me over this error

in the process of making sieve , we can fill the dummy array directly over there ,, right ?
