Sir if in question Municipal Value, Standard Rent are not given but Municipal Tax is given then how to compute NAV? If anyone knows plz help?

Nobody asks questions like this bro 😂 , if u want NAV , you need GAV first , and GAV needs Actual rent . But to compute actual rent , u don't need any of the above particulars 🥴 , Hope u got it

@@tanisha2749 Vacancy applies only when tenant vacant the property and the property are available for rent. ( In this case after the tenant vacant the property Lakhan occupied it for own use therefore the property is not available for rent even after the tenant vacant the property, so in this case the concept of vacancy will not apply) If Lakhan didn't occupy the property then vacancy would apply.
