I have that courage. I have built that courage over time. I have so much courage that I can discuss all such things with my future GF. If required I can discuss such things with my elder relatives also. I won't hesitate even discussing with my parents. As shown in bollywood films, what if suddenly you come to know before marriage or after marriage, your parents had affair with someone else or one of your parent is not your real Father or mother ? That's why. It's very very important and essential to discuss all such things not only with your girlfriend/boyfriend and husband/wife but also with parents if required. Dare to discuss such issues with your spouces and parents as well then you won't fear anything in life. I think I have achieved that fearlessness.
