Im currently practicing Liebestraum no.3 and i also try to play it fast, i realize sometimes that i have to play the parts that i find difficult slowly but i cant help but play it at a similar speed to the original speed. I have learned a lot of pieces and just now with Liebestraum i have started to realize i have to take my time and be patient. I saw your video and youve got pretty good progress already, makes me remember the first time i actually sat down and looked at the sheet for Liebestraum no.3, i feel like it was yesterday when i did so! Anyway keep up the work, i believe you will be able to play it.

Liebestraum no.3 is a nice piece too! I just love it.

hey, like some people here have already told you, slow it down as much as you need to so you can actually hit the notes and then gradually increase the speed. That way you will learn it much faster. At this speed you are just gambling if you hit the right keys or not and not forming the correct muscle memory. Good luck!

Hey, I'm not sure if this is a joke or not but i'm going to assume it's not since you've been trying this for a while now it seems. I'm just going to go ahead and say some things that I think should be said. I think it's very obvious you are not ready for this piece. I don't mean this in any type of derogatory or shameful way, I think it's just something you should try and think about. I've very briefly skimmed through your videos and you are jumping miles ahead of what you can actually technically manage, especially considering you are self taught and I'm not sure how much you practiced any basics or even any easier pieces. You skipped alot of basics and fundamentals that are hurting your playing and it's difficult to learn these types of pieces without a super strong base. Liszt himself practiced scales and learnt fingerings and things like this for almost 6 hours a day in his youth (correct me if i'm wrong I might not have the exact amount right but it was definitely several hours) and he put a huge emphasis on mastering technique, and it obviously shows when you listen to his music. You need to reset and take a step back and work on fundamental technique and then slowly work your way up to get to a level to where you can play this type of music. You might not like to hear that but it simply isn't going to work to try and learn La Campanella when it seems you haven't even tried to work on anything fundamental. I'm not saying you have to practice scales 6 hours a day, or even that you have to practice scales at all, but if you really want to play music at the highest level you have to work your ass off to even be able to attempt it. I'm not trying to degrade or discourage you, but I mean this in a genuine and honestly personal way because I was like you for a while and I attempted music way out of my reach, but Muscle Memory is a hard thing to undo and when you try and attempt pieces that are this out of your range you will learn a Lot of bad habits and please understand, as I speak from personal experience, you will regret it alot down the line. Alot of the comments here are saying you've made good progress, but i'm just going to tell you, for two months of work you should realize by now that this isn't going to work. Please, work on the basics and work your way up to pieces of this level, you will hurt your future self by teaching yourself bad habits that you don't even realize you're learning.
