La Carretera Austral, Tramo Cochrane to Villa O'higgins, Chile

The Carretera Austral (CH-7)] is the name given to Chile's Route 7. It runs for 1240 km from Puerto Montt in the north to Villa O'Higgins in the south. Some call it the road after the end of the road, because it is not officially part of the Panamerican Highway that ends on the island of Chiloe Island. Construction of the road started in the 1970s and is still going on. It passes through very beautiful and sparsely populated parts of Chile. Landscapes vary from forests and fjords to spectacular mountains, glaciers and volcanoes.

Se relator, observamos que el texto que permite relatar historia y acontecimientos respecto de la carretera austral, ruta 7, en el minuto 9 se indica que la extensión de esta ruta hacia el sur, específicamente hacia Puerto Natales, sería imposible por rutas aledañas a campo de hielo sur, comentarios similares se escucharon cuando comenzó esta obra colosal en los los 70. Ha quedado demostrado con esta magna obra que no hay imposibles si existe voluntad y acción orientada al beneficio de los compatriotas de Aisen y Magallanes. Los obstáculos son para ser conquistados, el cuerpo militar posee los atributos y competencias necesarias y suficientes para avanzar en esta ruta hasta llegar a Puerto Toro, e islas Lennox , Picton y Nueva. Solo agradecer y felicitar a las mentes y manos de los compatriotas, que comenzaron y siguen en esta construcción fundacional.

Este fue un logro sin presente del gobierno militar. Tambien la carretera austral apuraba para hacer soberania en esa region. porque argentina estaba apropiandose de tierras.
