The austral road
In the late 1980s, the Austral Road was only recently opened in most of its sections. It allowed access to virgin forests and connected isolated worlds inhabited by few settlers and colonists. In just a few years it had a violent impact on traditional ways of life and heavy depredation on a beautiful and remarkable cold forest.
