This is hard to hear. Watching season 1 you’d never know this was happening. Then season 2 there were a lot of unanswered questions and people disappeared with 0 explanations. And I thought he made up w Monica at the end. And I saw a tweet saying they were cool. This young man is hurting and it’s sad how he was treated.

Although this is a lot of stuff that La’Darius is uncovering and it is really messy, at the end of the day he is very passionate about exposing ppl that are mentally/physically/sexually abusing kids. He himself endured it as a child so I understand how strongly he feels about this. It’s not fair for only Jerry to be exposed and have a whole episode about his wrong doings when there are other ppl in the show and even industry sexually abusing kids! I stand w La’Darius bc it’s about protecting kids! I respect him for standing up for kids and going against ppl in the higher up!

You can be abused as a child and not be correct about who you accuse. I find that some overly accuse abuse because they still have trauma that hasn't been addressed. I am not saying that is what is happening here, just saying that his accusations for abuse are not more credible because he was abused. If more members of the team have confessed to abuse than that is something to cover. I don't care to watch a show about sex abuse though, I watch the show to follow the teams. As a sex abuse survivor I personally dont like the twisted obsession that people seem to have with talking about it ALL THE TIME. People seem to be much more interested in the revenge fantasies they have for imaginary pedophiles. If they cared so much for the victims they dont show that in their discussions.

I feel the thing Monica doesn’t realize is that a lot of her Navarro cheerleaders are instructors to young kids at gyms in order to pay to stay at her school. Her program gave them a platform which will supply them with possible victims who want to get to know them. That same cheer community that supports her students provides her with future kids to teach. I’m confused why she does not care about those kids that are the ones keeping her cheerleaders relevant.

I think she is actually abusive, paying attention to the way she talks to the athletes I caught her being sarcastic or trying to put the kids against each other. There's a scene in which she is arguing with La Darius blaming him for a piramid going wrong and as he didn't want to address it she then blames for it to a girl that was around saying something like:"Now you (the girl) are responsible for what happened because La Darius doesn't want to address it and since someone did wrong, someone has to take responsibility" I was like WHAT A TOXIC BI#$*

Pretty sure she did that in that scene because he constantly couldn't take accountability for his own mistakes and sloppy work. He would consistently blame everyone else and she called him out on it when they spoke privately afterwards. He always had an attitude in both seasons. Having a sad past doesn't excuse disprect.

It seems when people don't like someone, somebody gets charged with sexual assault. I tried to take down a manager in my 20s and thst guy ruined my life by making it seem things were a certain way with me. I don't patronize people engaged in sexual assault. IG military told me to tell them if there was any kind of repercussions. I didnt know there were, becaus no one was honest enough to tell me. I had told the GS 13 manager that his son was trying to take over afterschool youth group and that dude ruined my life.

You can go to community college for as long as you like. All they offer are AA degrees, certifications, and transfer units. You’re not getting a 4yr degree. Also, there are people that go part time. An AA degree is 2 yrs. Part time will take you 4 yrs.

I know this a repost of his live and I’m not sure if he still checks comments because it’s over a month old. I never want to doubt someone who has gone through trauma in their life and not give them the benefit of the doubt when they come out with shocking allegations. Especially because we only saw a small portion of what happens in their cheer lives, and it’s probably heavily edited to show a narrative. There were things I agreed with when he spoke out about how fake Monica was and how she was verbally abusive and didn’t have the best interest in her team. I thought she was a narcissistic two faced liar who manipulated both the girls and boys on her team. I think Netflix toned down showing her breaking down and yelling at people if they didn’t hit their stunts or techniques. She had a way to make you feel really high, but also very bad about yourself. I could definitely tell she was fake as soon as they introduced her. I believed a lot of the things he said, but the only thing I was confused about was his comments against Andy the co-coach and why he wasn’t on the second season. He said it was because of something that had been going on for a while and I guess was just a known thing that is highly inappropriate, but the team and Monica turned a blind eye to it. I looked all over google for anything to support his allegations against Andy, but the only thing I found were articles about him stating why he was gone. There are several news articles that say the same thing that said he left. According to all of them because they all said the same thing was that he had another job where he works for a company that helps coordinate cheer camps. When things started to open up again during the pandemic he was called back to work at the job. He also said part of the reason he was absent is because he is one of the coordinators for Cheer Live, a live cheer tour across the country with with participants from both Navarro and Trinity. There was also a link that had the tour dates. Does anybody know if that allegation about Andy is true? That he was sleeping with members of the team and doing drugs with them? Also did he say that something happened between him and Monica’s son? Or did I mishear him? Or was he talking about someone else? There was a lot to digest.

I wonder if it’s going to be the same content like practices, making mat, friendships, drama, or if they’re going to switch things up? I think it would be really interesting if they did switch it up and addressed these allegations and have more victims come forward. Also hold people accountable. But also the allegations are very severe and I feel like production would’ve caught on by season 2? I mean they did make a whole episode about Jerry so they didn’t sweep it under the rug which I thought was a good thing. Also giving the underage twins a platform to have their voices heard. Like I said in my previous comment I never want to say anyone’s traumas aren’t real or that some information was exaggerated because of emotion. We all know La’Darius was a very emotional firecracker. Having that personality has its ups and downs. I felt like he got really hurt and maybe stretched the truth or exaggerated a bit. I have no idea though and like I said I don’t want to say he isn’t being truthful because denying someone’s traumas is not anyone’s place. None of us were there, only the people involved. But yeah, when is season 3 coming out? I’m excited now.

LOL He Just was constantly preaching on how everyone should be and how great he was, watching the video again, I do have some empathy for him and can see that he's probably acting that way to hide a lot of internal feelings that he's not comfortable dealing with. I know that he claims its the way things are edited, but I really like Monica, I don't believe the care she has for her squad to be fake. Shes a hard ass but doesn't show anywhere that she doesn't care for the team. I think self discipline is something she needs to drill into her students and being touch is how you do that. With the success of the show, any true claims he makes will be something that is reported from news outlets who have actually verified his accounts. As long as we hear reports of what he claims happened, then no there is no evidence that his statements are anything further than gossip and rumor. If everything he claimed was 100% true, he would not be the only one speaking about it. Yes you need PROOF of many of the allegations he is making.
