I’ve been to a lot of these high end buffet restaurants in the PHL. They are mostly inside the malls, casinos, and hotels. And they are very expensive, especially in Sofitel. The point I am trying to make is eating in a carinderia for 150P is as good as going to high end buffets, and they have the same menu. Kanin, ulam at sabaw. Feeling full is the same as eating expensive or less expensive, no matter what type of food it is, as long as they are edible.

I feel like this is only limited to philippine buffets, not necessarily because the buffet sucks, but mostly because filipinos have already upgraded their skills in their own cuisine that some carinderia's can even pop up food that tastes better than the buffet (emphasis on some cause there are definitely those who taste awful or relatively bland 😂). That's why when we go to buffets, we make sure it serves food that we usually do not eat like japanese, korean or weird fusions that you can't get from simple food stalls down the street.

Which do you like better La Fiesta buffet or Vikings buffet? The one thing that I don't like as much about La Fiesta is the singing because it makes it harder to talk to family and friends but there are times when the employees from Vikings get up to dance which makes it hard to get food . Other than that I'm just wondering how the foods compare with each other. From what I saw in your videos I would choose Vikings. Thank you.

Hello po...for me po vikings sm moa has a lot of foods to choose from than la fiesta. But La fiesta price is little bit cheaper than vikings. The taste of the foods from both buffet resto was ok. I like desserts so i will go to vikings coz they have different kinds of desserts and foods for kids too.

@moninamomshie2797 Thank you for your answer and the little difference in price for Vikings doesn't really matter to me. Hopefully I will get to go to Vikings again in December of this year because I want to bring a family of 4 that are friends who have never been to a buffet before. I just wanted to do something special for them. I know that it's going to cost a little bit but it's ok especially for making them happy and I want them to eat eat and eat their hearts out.

Yes po...nkakabusog nga po yung foods nila lalo npo pag nkainom agad kayo ng water or juices nila mabusog po kayo agad. Unlimited beer din po sya haba lagi pila po dun sa beer 😅😂. Its good i dont drink beers no need to wait for the long line 😅😂🤣

Di masarap food nila. Cakes Nila Parang mamon Drinks i, walang diet soda, mga sushi, no good din. Buffet 101 at vikings are much much better
