Dear,for Sun Spot Guttate Hypomelanosis , you have to use a darker concealer before foundation, you can go for medium beige concealer first, blend it well, set it with a tiny amount of translucent powder then apply the foundation of your skin tone. It needs practice to do makeup on guttate hypomelanosis.. You can watch this Video of translucent powder for a best buy for your skin type :

Dear there's no perticular shade available for light to medium skin with yellow undertone.. you can hide dark circles with peach corrector and then apply Shade yellow for highlighting your undereyes❤️
