When a champ has 3d models on their abilities, the chroma change the color of it too. That's happen with zyra, renata, and others. That change started with the release of Pool Party Cait, Gp and Zoe.

Visually this looks better than her prestige imo The color palette is less tacky, looks good, and is much more consistent with the skinline fantasy/renatas personality

I love the inclusion of the instrumentals to “La Llorona” in her recall. That alone has sold me on getting the skin. It’s also just the entire vibe I get from her prestige skin, so rip my wallet 😂😭

Well, as a Renata main, I hope her next skin leans more on the goofy or cute side. She's serious already in her classic form, Admiral Glasc is more of the same but military themed. Then 2 dark/halloween themed ones in a row... (Seriously!?) I don't really understand the people that asks for skins that suit their champion? Or that has the same thematic as the classic aspect? Wouldn't you like more variety?? I'll keep sticking to Admiral and going back to classic a year more.

there are some champs that can have skins with themes vastly different from the base personality, and there are some that only pairs well with certain styles. Like it'd be hard for Evelynn to get a cutesy, goofy, joyful skin because her whole deal is that she's sexy and seductive. There are exceptions like star guardian urgot but that exists more because of the meme. Realistically Renata would get an elegent or edgy alternate skin, comparable to Swain considering their characters are kinda similar, both tyrants of their region.

@@timli41 Evelynn has a sugar rush skin though, I personally consider it cutesy, goofy and joyful (Ignoring the fact she's devouring a cookie in her splash art) I think with a bit more of effort, they can make skins that are out of character but still good skins. I don't really wanna see Renata having edgy or elegant skins only. Like, I wanna have more to choose from for my main, do you get my point? The skin is cool and all but not my cup of tea. And she has 3 (4 with prestige but I don't really count those) skins and I still can't buy one I like for her XD I have admiral because of hextech chest but I wasn't thrilled. I crafted it because I got tired of seeing her classic skin. I really want a skin I LIKE for my main :c

Because it's mexican culture (dia de los muertos / halloween), so they adopted to use spanish to add a bit more elegance and mark the fact that they used mexican culture. Personally, i really like the name "la ilusion" and it's really simple to translate it in other languages too

"La ilusion" is the spanish of "the illusion" (as if it wasnt obvious enough) and it's used on spanish bcuz the skinline is based on the mexican celebration called "dia de muertos" where the remeber their loved ones who passed away long ago. It's a very important festivity for mexico.
