The tiny island of San Pedro is actually a small island off the coast of Belize. It was once a pristine, little known diving paradise. 1988, what an adventure. Puddle jumper, 20 minute flight from the Belize airport. Ahhh, I digress. Nothing ever stays the same. Beatrice, thank you so much for the memory.

I'm not a big Madonna fan, but I must admit that I like this song of hers. Its rhythm combines Latin, flamenco and pop influenced arrangements, so in part that makes it something special and unites us Latin American people a little more with the so called Queen of Pop.
