Lo que ha faltado explicar, es porque una empresa invertiría en estos bonos, en vez de invertir directamente en Bitcoin o en etf. Y esto nos llevaría a entender por qué Saylor puede hacer esta jugada, sin que esto sea un ponzi.

Porque muchos de los que compran sus bonos convertibles lo hacen desde países en los que no se puede comprar ETF de Bitcoin, (la ridícula Europa, por ejemplo) y un ejemplo sería la aseguradora alemana Allianz...y así un goteo alrededor del mundo 😊

Te ha faltado comentar posiblemente el tema más importante, y es que con esta jugada MSTR consigue generar lo que llaman un yield o aumentar la cantidad de bitcoin por acción… No es simplemente un proxy apalancado, sino que en su posición única de financiar de forma barata esta jugada y explotar el Premium to NAV, puede hacer que el BTC/acción vaya aumentando… Por lo tanto, si pagas 2.5 veces valor de los BTC holdings pero es capaz de generar un 60% de yield anual como este año, en dos años has pagado lo mismo que te hubiera costado pagar un bitcoin, pero tienes el resto de años futuros un bitcoin que te va dando más Bitcoin…
