Sometimes it’s not the drivers fault. I ride the bus frequently downtown and I see homeless people slipping in when the bus driver is preoccupied with other riders paying or getting in. Mostly, on those bus stops that are super busy, it’s nearly impossible for the driver to watch two doors and multiple things at once.

The other problem is that when the weather gets hot, you get homeless people lying down in the back of the bus. I’ve even seen urine on the flood and druggies shooting up with tourniquets and needles in their arms. It’s not safe for kids to ride. The other day this guy had smelled up the entire bus with alcohol and urine from his clothes.
