Scratches on sides of GH shaft guide.
Causes.
1. Space between fork (lever) to tight
2. Skewed pulling
Solution
1. Increase the gap between forks using the suggested simple method.
2. Always pull vertically down
3. Teflon thin spacers will help
Small problem but can do irreversible damage.

You have also to put teflon washers
