Yes, the fire were intentionally stated and only a tiny fraction of the arsonists caught. Zionists as usual with all problems you know. They use others like the Nazis in the Holocaust they wanted, or the hijackers on 9/11 they hired and trained, or how they used Amercia to nuke Japan but got Japan to attack America. And on and on, Jesus to JFK to MLKj to Lincoln to making up problems in Egypt, and if you wanna goooo way back, their common ancestors ruined Mars and Venus. A couple majors clues to this being the nuclear bomb fallout being detected by one of the rovers, and thee biggest volance in the solar system is on Mars. Two moons in orbit which long ago the planet bled out. But it was creature designed. The actual fallen angels of the bible. They shat in that too, the bible. They corrupt everything and everyone. Anyways, yes there are aliens cosplaying God in the solar system too, many slaves like the humans some the slavers. This is an invented distraction to take eyes away from genocides. Plus burning down America is part of the plan like they did to Rome. They'll make their escape when no one is paying attention. Oh but I can't prove all of that. A lot of the evidence is covered-up or gone so it's hard to study these things. So you'll just have to go with explanatory power, who benefits the most, and patterns of behavior, and perhaps a bit of faith. -God is Satan thru me

It wasn't like this was something that couldn't be seen coming for decades. I think it was the Discovery Chanel that made an entire show about LA or San Diego burning under these exact conditions. 5% humidity, no rain since last year, the driest start to a "wet season" in record, and very high winds along with ample exotic vegetation like Eucalyptus and palms, as well as other less flammable but extremely drought stressed planted vegetation, in addition to the natural chaparral being extremely fire prone under normal conditions, and this was basically a Cat 5 Hurricane hitting Miami. It was inevitable, and very easily predictable. Google: "Richard Nixon stands on his roof watering the wood during the Brentwood-Bel Air fire, Los Angeles, California, November 1961", for a 1961 photo of Nixon on his roof during a fire in 1961.
@thedissidentleftist69975 күн бұрын
It was predicted 30 years ago long before Joe Rogan and on. But politicians and the average folk scream It's America at us. There are no plans for vegetation controls in both parties and all states. There are no plans by both parties for alternatives to plywood for houses.

I'm not saying it's fair, I'm not saying it's right, I'm not saying it will be easy or even possible to do so in every circumstance all I'm saying is that's the reality of the situation so you have to try your best to act accordingly because everything is too corrupt for you to hope to rectify the situation in time before your life is absolutely ruined from having your shelter go up in smoke.

The basis for the insurance industry is actuarial science, a mathematical assessment of risk. That careful analysis is what both sets rates AND makes insurance companies an attractive, safe investment for retirement funds, especially for public employees. If an actuary determines that an area has greater risk than can be covered then there is a fiduciary responsibility to withdraw. This is the kind of stewardship of resources that is beyond the capacity of the collectivist mindset. The dangerous results are playing out before our eyes.

Now you know how people of modest means got property in California: they inherited it. Megan Markle's mother did, and lived there for a long time. Imagine being 90, and living in the same house for 75 years.

This is where they lure you into the trap of believing things cost more than they actually do, inviting in the money laundering. Just because a home is “worth” 20 million doesn’t mean it will cost that to rebuild. For example my home’s worth is listed as worth 325k, but my insurance co states the estimated rebuild cost is 200k-still an overestimate to cover their a&&. It’s all smoke & mirrors.
@apersonwhoknows5 күн бұрын
200k is still enough there.

So... what is the answer? Insurance premiums do not magically get increased to the moon- there are variables that cause companies to increase premiums. What is the answer? Newsom absolutely wants all of this to happen - they are prepping for Smart LA by 2028 in-time for the Olympics. Are you suggesting that control of home insurance should be handed over to the State?

The California Department of Insurance, under the auspices of consumer protection (an appeal to which I am largely susceptible), has for decades limited the amount of rate the property insurers have been allowed to take to an arbitrarily derived 7%, and otherwise subjected the insurers to tremendous bureaucratic obstacles to their *necessary* pursuit of rate adequacy (and let me be clear that I am no less critical of the excessive and frivolous profit targets of the largest insurers of the p&c markets, I am just saying that, on its own terms, insurance only works and insurers only remain solvent and positioned to cover (that is, to diversify away) high-risk exposures if the regulator enables the insurer to implement rate revisions (increases OR DECREASES) in accordance with their rate-level and segmentation indications). California is absolutely the most regulatorily scrupulous and onerous state regulator in the country, and so it should be a surprise to nobody, least of all the property owners who have seen sky-rocketing premiums and now cancellations and non-renewals (actions which are clearly indicative of SOMETHING other than raw unabated greed on the part of the insurers: they’re indicative of the results of the internal predictive models and other actuarial statistical analyses that inform the management of a book of business!!) for years and years now, that these massive insurance entities, with proprietary ownership over massive troves of policyholder- and claims-data, are (in their eyes) forced by the regulator’s excessive control over the market to non-renew policies for whom they have not been allowed to collect adequate premium to set reserves sufficient to insure the risk(s). This crisis in the CA homeowners insurance market (much like in the FL HO market) is the can that these regulatory bodies (and, by extension, we as a society), who naively enforce limits on overall rate rather than on underlying profit targets (specifically of the insurers like State Farm that operate on the stock market unlike mutual insurers whose operations are a nearer approximation of the sort of mutual aid networks and loss pooling that the agricultural workers of old were forced to create and that contemporary leftists prioritize), have kicked down the road. It is indeed an industry lead by insurers and regulators whose choices through the past half century have masked the conflagration of crises of capitalism which now seem to simultaneously be coming to the fore. The loss of life in the gruesome fashion that death by house fire entails is implicitly tragic and deserving of sympathy, but I am unwilling to overlook the need to connect our response to these blazes to the one that Bushnell endured for a purpose. These crises of empire are all connected and people need to think about them as such. On the cultural level, events like this where the affluent and “entertainment professionals” (i.e. out of touch, overpaid, or otherwise implicitly vain potentially unknowing propagandists) are directly affected always stir in me a fleeting hope that THIS will be the event that opens their eyes in a meaningful way to the need for foundational, structural change in our society, and I’m left only with a frustration at the disparity between attention granted to their tragedies compared to those suffered by the working class like in Flint, East Palestine, etc.
