Ah, I feel like your taste in perfume is quite close to mine! Escada Moon Sparkle was my signature back in middle school, when it first came out. What a memory! I went through 2 large bottles of the stuff before it got discontinued. Now that I think about it, back in the day that was an insane amount of pocket money, my saving game must've been so strong! As for Hugo Boss Jour, it's a really nice, elegant day fragrance and I think you'd really enjoy it xx

I came from middle Europe where La Rive fragrances are £5-£7.I tried some of them as a teenager and a student and they lasted few hours which was ok for me then. They are inspired fragrances and some really resemble the original. Apparently Beauty from the swarovski crystal collection is a good one (Armani, Si:)I've heard Taste of Kiss and Hope have very good reviews too!

I like the ones I have la fleur de femme ,cash is a dupe of lady million and I love the taste of kiss. They are fun not super quality but they are nice to add to a collection .Its nice to have nice expensive perfume but its also nice to have some cheapies. I'm from Finland, and these perfumes have been here for years and years, i used these when i was like 9-15 years old ( Yes, i used to wear perfumes at a very young age, i remember having my very first "perfume" when i was 6 years old) They are super cheap and easy to get. I discovered these scents again after many years and i must say that i still like them! Even tho i have mostly designer scents in my collection i can still appreciate these perfumes. I have "Fleur de femme'' and "She is mine" and i must say that i prefer ''She is mine'' over the original 'Mon Paris'.

I like Sweet Hope and it performs well on me (smells like spicy root beer to my nose). I also have Prestige Tender which is supposed to be a dupe for Euphoria but it's got a weird off-putting note I can't put my finger on (beautiful bottle though). I just got three La Rive fragrances from The Perfume Spot today, purchased for a song ( $7.48- $7.80 each, wow). I got Fleur de Femme, Madame in Love and Aqua. I actually like them all and the bottles are pretty classy for that price! My Madame in Love didn't have the black rose attached, weird. That retailer does not have all the La Rive fragrances, but they have quite a few for both men and women. I love these because no way can I afford the ones they are dupes for/similar to. I will be buying more in the future, I do believe ~Cynthia

Hi Sarah, there’s an Australian brand of fragrance called “Palermo Perfumes” and they do dupes. They have hundreds of fragrances. I have about 10 of them and they are good quality and long lasting and cheap. I have one inspired by Oud Satin Mood and it’s beautiful and lasted all day on me. I have the original oud satin mood to compare and it’s about 90% accurate. The Palermo ones aren’t quite as deep and rich as the original but they’re decent. I noticed that they do a dupe for Moon Sparkle. I’ve never sniffed the original moon sparkle but I’m gonna check it out on Tuesday.

@@Jo-lw1qw hi Jo, the ones I can recommend are the dupes for Herod, Chinatown, New York amber, Tuscan leather, and black Phantom. The one for lost cherry is a scrubber. I hope this helps but test them before you buy because some aren’t good.

I only have one la rive perfume and it's the queen of life perfume (Idk if that's a dupe for anything but it's absolutely gorgeous) So while it doesn't have amazing longevity I got a huge bottle for $7 so having to do multiple sprays is no biggie at all

If you want a deeper, richer version of Dior Hypnotic Poison, Jean Rish Aura Woman. The bottle is identical to Alien, but the juice is Hypnotic Poison 😂 It has the floral richness that Sweet Hope lacks. Sweet Hope is a bit sweeter and a little more linear than HP. I’ve put them all side by side and I’d pick the Aura dupe over HP, tbh.

I find the first 3 sprays being really strong so I’m not sure if I’m comfortable with it, how far does 3 sprays project and last. Hi, I think La Rive is a company from Poland, but longevity is not so good. Usually when I want dupe, I go for brand JFenzi. When I had dupe LaVie et belle, it was very long lasting perfume. The name was: C'est la vie. JFenzi prduct have stronger concentration.

I have prestige from jfenzi which is dupe of lanvin eclat darpege. But it does miss some sweet wibe. Its more citrusy. Close only about 50%which is not enough for dupe. Better to buy original. Prestige cost abour 3 euros for me 😂😂😂

I love Armani Si Passione but longevity is bad on me, so La Rive dupe is ok for me. Will try that La Nuit Tresor dupe. Chatler has quite good dupes. I tried Chatler CH Good Lady, lasted longer on my skin than the original Good girl. Also tried and liked Admit it, dupe for Dior Addict; and I quite liked Paza Hipnotic, dupe for Hypnotic Poison. Want to try the dupe for Midnight Poison.

Taste of kiss by la rive I want to wear to high school but don’t want too strong and it being “IM WEARING PERFUME!!” How many sprays should I wear for more of arms length away u can smell me, and smell good not overpowering. Is 3 sprays too much? Or is this more of a light smell. I’m asking because some people can be allergic and sensitive to perfume and classmates sit close together in a room next to each other at desks and tables. How strong is 3 sprays of taste of kiss and how long last that amount. How far people can smell it. Is it really smell good or just smells like strong perfume. Do u think most people will like and not mind it. What degrees weather do you think it’s suitable for I know colder weather but what degrees is colder weather for u under 70 degrees Fahrenheit? Also what degrees warmer weather like 80 degrees it’s suitable. It’s suitable for spring and summer weather or too heavy. Can u recommend the Fahrenheit degrees to wear it for example less than 80 degrees. Do you think it’s ok if I wear in summer time in hot weather. What’s ur rating plz answer all questions fast.

Hi there! I would say Taste of Kiss is a colder weather fragrance. You could probably get away with it up to 75 degrees or so. I think 2-3 sprays would be fine as it will wear close after an hour or so. Hope that helps!

I own about ten La Rive fragrances and I would not recommend them because they don’t last at all. They lose their smell and become a skin scent within minutes. I wish they were better quality, I know a lot of people like them but the longevity and potency is seriously lacking. They perform worse than some body splashes I have. La Rive is something you carry in your purse and take on errands or to work and you spray yourself every hour or so or you won’t smell like anything.

Touch of Woman I couldn't get it to last when I first got it, but when I put it away for the spring and summer and pulled it back out for the fall it was too sweet and long lasting for me. Maybe put it aside for a while and see if that improves the longevity when you pull it back out?

I was so disappointed in these fragrance they dont last at all on me. One tip I can give is put some base oil on first then spray I found that helps. I would not buy again.

No, they aren't any good. They last half an hour. The worst logevity fragrances I have ever tried. They smell like the originals but they are fade with lightspeed.

I can't get past that this brand seems more knock-off than dupe. Even the bottles look like bad knockoffs of the original fragrance. But 25 years ago, I wore Gender One (bad CK One knock-off, bottle and all) when even CK One was way out of my price range. I know a lot of people who are in the position I was at that time in my life and they deserve to smell great too. I just wish this brand wasn't so blatent about what they are doing...at least change up the packaging a bit. Everyone figures out which scents Zara is duping.

I absolutely agree. La Rive smells good, but it would be so much nicer to wear if it wasn't for these terrible names (like Her choice instead of My way, In-Si, and so on) and bottles that look so similar to the originals. I liked the Prestige line, with beautiful bottles, classy names and no resemblence to the original packages.
