I have a film on my face from using the toleraine sensitive cream over a month ago, the emollients are silicone, synthetic liquid oil and fatty acid wax. I've used multiple SLS cleansers including LRP purifying cleansing gel and an oil cleanser and they all just stick to the film layer, they don't dissolve it.. can you please help me? I need to know which cleanser will remove the film off my face.

Don’t use soap on your body. Dove sensitive or aveeno fragrance free for certain areas. This hydrating one or cerave hydrating cleanser & use the ordinary hyaluronic acid serum serum on damp skin topped w Cerave cream or lotion. Moisturizing on damp skin changed my life!
