Hi.. I told to add only a tsp ghee.. You may Put bondhi in syrup, not stain oil properly.. Put little ghee in hand, make laddu,.. Press well and make

Hi.. Once Sugar melts and start boiling, few minutes to reach. You can put a drop of syrup in a plate with water, it will settle down like a smooth ball..

Hi mam... i tried today morning n it was tasty n juicy too.. but little crystallized...i had made some mistake in syrup consistency... i did all alone so by the time i made the last two batches, the syrup had gone thick n crystallized .. wat should i do to not repeat the mistake next time

Hi.. That is nice to hear from you.. Points to be noted * syrup can be off even just before one string.. Not more.. To avoid crystallize * if it get above one string, add 2,3 spoons water, just a boil, switch off.. * water should be added in syrup only, .. not syrup along bondhi * if you try little quantity for few times, you can catch up * experience only teach you tips and tricks * definitely you will get perfect next time..

Well try mam. But it's not a perfect laddu. Laddu batter need little more water. Then only u get a shape. Also don't need rice flour for sweet boondhi. It can add for crispiness, it's good for karaboondhi... from prabu lala sweet
