This is such a great tutorial! Thank you for explaining it so well. I struggle with strumming; one day I'll get the strumming down pat. Learning the chords order doesn't feel as difficult as strumming.

You’re welcome! 😌 What I found helpful when I was just started learning is to play only the strumming pattern and say it out loud as I play it: D DU UDU. And once I memorized it and feel confident playing the strumming I can start humming the melody of the song while playing the strumming, so it won’t be too distracting cause there’s no lyrics. And when that is practiced enough I can start trying to put lyrics into the humming here and there. Hope that helps!! 😌✨

Thank uuu!! The key is to take your time with the strumming pattern. For example, take the strumming pattern: d,du,ud,u and start practicing it slowly. And when you do say out loud as you play: down, down up, up down,up. And say it till you memorize it. Once you mastered the strumming , start playing it without the saying the words and then start humming the melody of the song. It’s so much easier to hum the melody instead of singing, and once you are comfortable with that, start singing 😇
