LA Waterfront Development Overview 2021

In this updated video on the LA Waterfront featuring Los Angeles Mayor Garcetti, Councilman Joe Buscaino, and Port of Los Angeles Executive Director Gene Seroka, viewers are invited to take a look back at the tremendous progress that has been made on the LA Waterfront since 2005, as well as a look forward to current and future development projects, such as San Pedro's West Harbor Development and the Wilmington Waterfront Promenade. The video also illustrates the Port of Los Angeles' three-phase development strategy for the LA Waterfront: Build-Activate-Attract. Investments made by the Port, private investors and stakeholders are expected to exceed $1 billion by 2025.
