The sangat with the violin is extremely amazing. Manas ji has so much clarity and the vocals are beautifully rendered through his elegant gayaki on the violin!!! He’s a great inspiration to violin players and is the future of hindustani classical for violin!! Afcorse the singing was great too! 😀

The lyrics is "Lagi lagan pati sakhi sang..." instead of "Lagi lagan sakhi pati sang..." The first line that you are singing here translates to mean having an affair/being in love with your friend's(sakhi) husband(pati). The original lyrics convey meaning of love towards your husband(pati) - your sakhi. Overlooking this error, very nice gayaki.

Who is pati and who is sakhi? It is a conversation with sakhi about your husband. In this context husband is parmatma and sakhi is your contemporises. The meanings are metaphors here.

This is absolutely wrong. Yes, the lyrics are most commonly sung as "lagi lagan pati sakhi sang", but switching pati and sakhi does not necessarily change the meaning. By your logic I could also argue that "pati sakhi" means husband's female friend, so does that make this a lesbian relationship? No. This is poetry and the word order is flexible, even though the meaning is clear. There is, however, one good argument to keep the lyrics "lagi lagan pati sakhi sang" - the sama on "gana" + pati makes it sound like "ganapati", which is intentional. The original was also a tribute to Vaatapi Ganapati. Switching sakhi and pati loses that connection.
