Uncle is a very reasonable and wise man. I don't see any attitude in him. You can tell by his story how dedicated he is to his father's legacy. I've seen multiple videos on Facebook and it is a very high paced environment, anyone would be troubled if people kept cutting them off for questions while the owner is trying to serve customers.

Started having Lalli Bhaiya’s kachori since my Digambar Jain Vidyalaya days in 2000, even when I was staying at Bangalore one of the reasons to visit Kolkata was to meet Lalli Bhaiya and have couple of plates of Kachori, he still remembers me, and in these 23 years the taste has not changed and remains A grade. I have moved to Sydney but whenever I will get a chance to visit Kolkata one trip to meet Lalli Bhaiya and have the Kachori is definitely there on my List. One more thing, he used to keep sweet red chutney along with Kachori but has stopped that now….really used to love having kachori and sabzi mixed with chutney and Bhujia.
