LOL, no one check credentials extensively no more. My friend with no job experience got a high paying job by forging a .edu website and the only real part of the site is a phone number which directs to a friend who in on it. My friend is the very definition of working smarter, not harder. Ticket Quotas are 100% real, it's an unwritten rule. Police/Law enforcement are tax draining, the government pays for everything for them, however, there is a limit on how much money we can give to the police which results in hiring freezes and budget cuts over time. In order to balance the system, they need to consciously give out a certain amount of tickets. About once a month the police in my city give out tickets on North Ave near my potato patch.

I had a substitute teacher that was a cop regularly but was pregnant and in the meantime could sub and I think she said they​ do end up going hard giving tickets n shit at the end of the month and also that a lot of cops hang out with other cops and they get really into that world and they start having a "us vs them"mentality us being the cops and them being everyone else kinda like they are out to get us, she said she made it a thing to have friends that were outside of the cop word so she wouldn't end up like a lot of cops she knows.

Worked between 2003 to 2012. Worked on 24'000+ criminal cases. Normal chemists complete 1'500 test (let's say during a year), this woman completed 6'000 tests. 24'000/6'000 = 4. So, she worked for 4 years? Or was she the only one working on that case and had to run all tests of it? Or is it so that these test numbers are just from one year, that is 2009.
