Rank 8 Dark Dragon XYZ only one I found is the Number 97: Draglubion and its effect is not that great, but in this case, going first so not being able to attack doesnt matter. and (without chamber on fireld) you would have the space to bring out something like the number 38 hope harbinger dragon titanic galaxy, which is a decent addition to the endboard, the only issue with this is that 97s effect needs 2 number dragons, with one being 38, and I dont know what the other could be, at this point the extra deck cant fit any more cards: you had 13 in this example, and these 3 more would exceed the limit, and you cant take out any of these cards, it would work if Atum is a number card... but he isnt maybe I am overlooking something but that would could have been a way to make use of the two lvl 8 monsters on the end board. Again thank you for your insights!

@@ShunYGOLab lol your right I am an idiot xD completly blanked on that... then it gets difficult again, as there are only 5 dark dragon xyzs with "number" in their name, I would assume "Number 92: Heart-eartH Dragon" would then be the best option to cheat out with 97. And 92s end phase effect is somewhat decent, but not all that practical, in my short sighted opionon - if they cant break your board and as such cant get rid of 92 then the banish effect would be just a win more card that would wast space in the extra deck.

I think the biggest negs to a combo like this from seeing more legitimate play are the fact it loses hard to Droll (Nib too but less so since you dont lose too much if it hits the board before Seal and is pointless when Crystal Wing is summoned) and that adding more of the wind Dragunities takes away from the gy having more Chaos attributed cards which weakens the presence of Levi, Black and White, and Chaos Space as a whole.

I think pure dragunity is the better way. You can make negation before using too many resources and it can still establish near full boards under droll or lancea, plays through Nibiru and has a counter trap that negates spells and traps.

Nice combo! The only thing I really like about the dragunities you Werner able to incorporate was the ability of the lv8 to equip buster and the ability to search the counter trap to deal with dark ruler and droplet

I mean you can play pure Dragunity completely without the Elpy but in turn you lose your biggest strenght the Extradeck/Spelllock. Its still our regular 2/3 Negates.

@@Tonio924 personally i dont think the new rank 6 will make that much an impact as long as the Hieratic Dragon Rank 6 is a thing. Edit: Yeah me big dum dum. You meant that EXACT rank 6. For some reason my mind went to New rank 6 that resummons stuff in the standby Phase. I do think that only Remus might see high amount of play of the new dragunities. But people are prob gonna try a more Dragunity focused Dragonlink Variant. But if Pisty will be the last one left Dragunity is da way to go, as they only use Elpy for follow ups

Legatus is a rom material when ravine is on field Zeph is a good ravine cost Dragunity spell yes Mistletainn is okay for cost since glow can add from gy Still just saying it again, this is not a perfect combo

You are adding 4 cards you dont wanna maindeck, just for the sake of 3 amazing starters, on top of wasting extra deck spots Nothing else has to be said about it.
