Hey you Guyanese that is one of the sweetest wild meat in Guyana,better than capybara . When buying labba in Guyana you have to be careful they will sell you other wild meat as Labba because no one ever see a real labba.It’s totally vegetarian.Can’t find that in St.Marten.
