I think because he eats hot stuff all the time so he has a tolerance. People watch Hot Ones for the in-depth interview and to see the celebs in pain. If First we Feast brings the beast on it would be smarter to do like they did with Chili Klaus and have them eat Carolina reapers so he would actually be in pain
