Brilliant work guys, the car looked great after that. I agree, some ceramics can look a bit "sterile" but this one looks really good, and the sheeting vs beading will help with the dreaded water spotting. I have been impressed with the Labo range so far, the 3 Ph wash system is great. Even though it's slightly challenging to apply, looks like it's well worth it.

In the description of the packaging, it states you have to use Veritas to degrease the car of any wax and polishes. Is this a necessary step?

Great looking car, I'm a Gyeon ceramic coating user. What did you use to prepare the paint before applying the ceramic coating IPA, Gyeon Prep etc?

Hi can you tell me if I can lay 2 coats from SAM and time between coating

Hello. The main reason why I use SAM is it is an effective Single Layer coating. For this reason I have never found the need to add a second layer. If I wanted to further protect SAM as the base coating I would just apply another coating of HPC. Putting this aside I cannot think of a reason as to why you could not add a second layer of SAM but would suggest leaving it approx 36 hours before applying. The question does remain however that SAM is designed to bond to clean paint. Will the second layer bond as effectively to paintwork that already has a layer of SAM on it? I personally would apply a robust layer of SAM, then just use HPC as your regular top up. Hope this helps. Cheers.

Hi do you recommend Sam+hpc 2.0 coating ? I'm looking for darkness and slickness on a black metallic colour.

Hiya and thank you for watching our video. I do recommend this coating for ease of application. My tests are showing that after a few months the coating is still performing very well with no signs of degradation in terms of hydrophobic drop off. Regarding the darkness aspect, I find no ceramic coating gives a significant change in colour however, there is a noticeable enhancement in depth of colour. Regarding slickness there is a significant improvement. Do I recommend - yes definitely.
