Labor Rally on Capitol Hill for a Vote on WEP/GPO Repeal

Leaders from America’s largest labor unions rally on Capitol Hill to call for a Senate vote on the Social Security Fairness Act to repeal the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and Government Pension Offset (GPO). More than 2 million retirees see their Social Security checks slashed each month due to these penalties, which impact our nation's fire fighters, teachers, police officers, postal workers, and other dedicated public servants.
