surprise, surprise! i am, indeed, still able to finish a fanvid on my own that’s over 40 seconds.
this took me a little over three months to make, but it feels like i’ve been working on it for a year. hahah canon videos are not my strong suit, so this was quite challenging to make. i wanted to give up many times. but alicent is one of my favorite characters. i love her so much! so i really wanted to make something about her. 💚
i know there are other videos of her with this song out there. (i didn’t realize how many there were before starting my own, and then more have come out since i started working on it) i haven’t watched them, but i hope my version has something interesting to offer as well.

Song truly depicts her harsh and hard life 😢she deserved so so much better in GOTcersai was evil by choice but Alicent turns cold because of her father's ill intention and ambition in which she get consumed

I love this so much! Definitely a Alicent song 😭 she is such a complex and intriguing character. Her darker actions are made even more painful when we know what she went through and why she does what she does. Especially later on in the Dance of the Dragons😭😭

God, the author is a genius who only one time exist pro generation. Like everything of this world, history, story building, character is so intense and full of information but still open enough that the fans have different opinion. He is literally the neutral speeker to this master piece. When he dies before finishing a song of ice and fire the world lost something major❤

I've seen so many vids with this song and Alicent that my first thought was "not this again" BUT you did a really good job. The overlays and the text are fabulous! Plus, I liked the inclusion of Rhaenyra with "emotional torture". Their friendship and the loss of it were highlights of the show for me.
