Hypocrites.....In as much as I commend the National Assembly for passing laws to deter people from drug trafficking, it will be appropriate to extend that same level of deterrent to political office holders who embezzle public funds and keep the people in perpetual poverty..... Bunch of hypocrites all of them.

You only borrow the idea of death sentences from China, Saudi, etc but you can't borrow the ideal of infrastructural development like electricity supply, good roads etc from those countries ?

This shows that most senators don't extensively read the bills before they pass them into law. The senator should be ashamed .

This senator acknowledged he did not read or understand the cybersecurity bill completely but turns around to blame the labor leaders for not showing up during the public hearing. What an irony.

Seun is very smart. Senator tactically evaded the issue of death penalty on narcotics importers and went forward with talking about cybersecurity levy, but Seun refused to be dribbled and kept referring him back to the bone of contention … 😂😂😂😂😂

Whenever l remeber the mantra (he did it in lagos),l smile. This administration is a bunch jokers. The worst is yet to come.They keep inflicting pains on poor Nigerians indiscriminately. An administration where a president will get missing for days without any apology to the Nation. I weep!

National assembly can not work for Nigerians as long as federal pay their salary,a salary and bonus that is approved by the executives.These senators will only checkmate the executive if the state is responsible for their salary.Federal government should add national assembly salary to allocation that state get,so that the members of NASS are paid by their state governors and not federal government. Thst is the only way there can be true seperation of power.That is the only way the senators can work for Nigerians and not federal their pay master.

Ur suggestion would have bn right but u're wrong by saying d state governors to pay d senators. Are u aware dt it's bcs d governors are paying their state assembly members dts d reason d governors are controlling their state assembly members like kindergarten children. My suggestion is dt let d salary of national & state assembly members paid to their accounts directly from federal government mobilization allocation account.
@suntanglory

@@ZakaAlliyu That would be the state problem to sort out.lf anything,it would even make the senators work better for their states,so they don't fallout with the governor that pays them.
