In freelancing, Always choose the field with minimum competition and job which require good skills (you need to put time effort) For example logo making is so common anyone can make logo using phone...and yes, patience is important factor...start with low chrges and as you get many review and ratings, you can increase your charge

The biggest advantage is that, you will learn instead of wasting time and you won't feel like being taken advantage of. This is something we all must know that, in any company say IT for example, the billing for employees is huge. Its like each person is billed at about 8-10lakhs per month...but they may receive salaries in the range of 60-80k. You see, if a freelancer demands 2lakhs ... clients will happily pay. The catch is networking and trust building. That comes through skills. Earlier it was difficult but nowadays there are good and supportive web platforms. Corona should have taught people a thing or 2... ! My bet is, if you are getting paid 60-80k / month in IT you could target 3 times higher... ! Not initially ...but eventually...

I have tried both life, for begineer it is a must try, while learning skills also learn skills for project management and do not work without plan. Firstly create plan for deliverable. One possible but not for all drawback of freelancing over fulltime job is no work life balance
