Probably private players will start leaving Indian markets. Reservation in private sector is likely to be harmful for India instead of being useful.

Employees ke nahi Fraudsters ke maaze hi maaze... in few months you will witness various epfo accounts being opened & after 2-3 months it will be closed once account receives the benefit. This is just a New age scam by government.

I used to work for a company, where they registered themselves under the ABRY scheme but as no employee is aware of such a scheme, so the employer took benefit of this and all didn't give any employee any amount they received through the scheme. Later when inspectors came down to inspect, they found out and strictly ordered the employer to give away the money they took from the govt through the scheme. They even played a game with gullible workers there. The employer told employees to refund the cash amount and described it as a calculation error.

Such people become head of organization practice same technique for staffs of that organization. I found it is genetic quality of maximum people in India Bangladesh Pakistan also. This is a reason maximum number of working class of people survive in hardship in life especially migrants workers.

ESIC deduction is one type of premium (similar to health insurance premium) which is not reimbursable to employee . While PF deduction is your retirement corpus.

My company claimed ABRY scheme from EPFO, also deducted PF part from eligible employees salary, and kept the amount to themselves. ABRY benefit received showing in my PF passbook. Is there any ways to recover it from the company? I personally called the payroll manager and he threatened me to shut up.

The current budget is dividing our country. So, as a Maharashtrian, we will have regions like Marathwada and Vidarbha suffer but Bihar would get our royalty and then go ahead to collapse 12 bridges? Or how the poorly constructed Ram Mandir is flooding since days and days yet, media doesn't have the nerve to show that? People should understand the plight of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka for the amount of taxes we have and then we have Marathi politicians from Vidarbha like Fadnavis who allowed sending 12 international projects from Maharashtra to the already wealthy Gujarat. I am fully supportive of a united India but not at the cost of starving my own region and state. Sorry. The current budget shows how BJP is punishing the states who didn't vote for them in Lok Sabha, but now we have Maharashtra state elections and with 30% hike in electricity, we'll show them what public outrage is!! Jai Siya Ram, Jai Vidarbh, Jai Maharashtra, Jai Hind.

Why give ₹11 Crore to the already millionaire players meanwhile many public hospitals in Mumbai, yes Mumbai don't even have proper medications not electricity (go and search about it) Vidarbha is the farmer su1'1de capital of the world. Should just that example not be enough to learn? Oh yeah, it's BJP ruled so, you'd turn a blind eye. Also, that most of central India's electricity is generated in Vidarbha where Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha all make our own but despite that our electricity prices were hiked by 22% in 2022 and now 30% on top of that last month. All small scale businesses are affected due to this. There are districts like Bhandara, Gondiya, where electricity still hasn't gone by despite them providing us coal. Please, stop speaking for politicians and think of our country as one. I condemn Congress too, I don't align with any party because ultimately nothing is free, it all comes from direct and indirect taxes that you and I pay

Bahut chakkar laga Chuka hun epfo ke..ye scheme kaa to mjhe 6 mahine pahele pata chala ki aisi bhi koi scheme thi jiska pura fayda company ne utahaya aur pf account unable karwane hm daud rhe...agar aisi scheme employee ke liye laa rhe to sidha employee ko milna chaye tha employer ki through kya sense banta hai?

In the video you mention PF wage which means only basic wage must be counted, but the definition of wage has not been specified in the budget document, the wage can also be gross salary as is given in Payment of Wages Act.

Reliance ne iska solution, budget ke next day hi nikal diya tha. Reliance pehle Trainee associate 6 month ke liye hire hote the , ab Reliance 1 saal ke liye Trainee associate hire karti hai. Na wo fresher hoga or na koi benefit dena padega 😂😂😂😂

There should be joint understanding of every university with some industries so engineers gain technical and knowledge that market need on these industries, just like the hospital and medical college structure. For evry medical college there is a hospital just like that for every university there should be a industry related to what that university teach.

Sir UPS and NPS mein kya behtar hain. Main last 11 yrs bank mein huin and 30K investment hota hain including employer contribution and corpus 28L bana hua hain. Abhi UPS aya hain and Hume NPS ya UPS mein ek chunna hain. Bohot confused hain kya sahi hoga. Please guide
