You can check pineappleYGO's guide he made one when lady came to MD and its like 45 minutes long but pretty thorough its a bit outdated since its pre arias and some other releases, but its still pretty good

Ariane is also very interesting, I also play Ryans List with it and I feel like the card is crazy, hard looses to veiler and imperm tho Idk if its worth it but with bagooska and Dweller in the extra its valuable agianst Unchained, Tear and Branded wich seemed like the worst match ups to me

This deck is insane. So fun and interactive. Literally! Also love how everyone calls this a trap deck when over half is monsters. If you’re playing skill drain you’re not playing labrynth lmao. The deck can main every relevant hand trap and doesn’t really brick considering stove/chandra discard dead stuff.

The problem is how reliant you are on S:P Little Knight, I feel that if you get interacted and get Arias back to the field, you can't really do anything besides S:P, and it's expensive card, and 2 on top of that. So Unchained it's an option to budget that extra deck.

disagree on unchained from my personal experience, the bricks have been more than worth it and revitalized me after flopping at richmond, but i'm glad someone else sees the light on the floodgate side of things. One of the few times i did play skill drain, it was mostly to give my group testing against skill drain lab, and while i was winning, it was often by the skin of my teeth getting into topdeck wars i wouldn't otherwise.

also you do not have to be on a new chain to meet cooclocks trigger, just it being *already* in grave before a furniture activates is enough, even if its cl1 coo, cl2 stove

I think another reason to consider unchained is budget constraints. I don't want to shell out of multiple chaos angel and sp, and find the unchained stuff while not as powerful is quite good a chewing through boards. Going for the unchained combo turn one almost never feels right tho.

While I love furniture, might say is still vulnerable to the so abundant monster negation, not to mention while Lovely being banished hurts, Bystials have the time of their lives I'm just a Master duel player thou, but might try this version of low removal trap count > handtrap (Isn't Crossout at 3 on TCG?), of course adapting things like Buttler or Duality (...) cause goddamn why so much hate against pots? Fun fact: Ariane ( > Lovely & Lady, fight me) sending a trap can also trigger Cooclock

It's not like its bad, but its not amazing. its a hard card to fit into the main and side since deck space is extremely tight and can have weird nombos with Lady summoning herself on turn 1 during your opponent's turn. Good card though 100%

@@lz9275 As a Lab myself I lost the fear to Duster, as small W summoning Lady / Lovely while leaving Big W on gy can be beneficial, specially if you're afraid of Ash Kaiju can help as well, and Bystials hurts a lot in furniture version

the extra deck is very good but alot of questionable cards in side: droll is useless,anti spell is useless , veiler? what,clock at 3 and arias 3 are bricks

in what world is droll useless right now? Also veiler is probably the 10th, 11th, 12th best handtraps right now. On top of already maining ash imperm and nibiru these make sense. Also, I was in total agreement that multiple clock and arias were not needed, but you really need to test with them. You have to think about them in the context with Little knight as they just add up as additional extenders and bodies to fuel little knight plays. It comes up so much more than I would think it would.

it does seem counterintuitive on paper if you havent actually tested the list, but you max main deck names because going first the "bricks" become exponentially less bricky the more different names you see in your opening hand. its the exact same reasoning as playing high tenyi count in swordsoul with vessel and circle: your chance of opening a higher ceiling 2 or 3 or even 4 card combo increases by significantly more than your chance of opening a dead hand. against combo decks, you side out the extra lab names (eg, 3 arias, 2 clock, 1 welcome) and side in handtraps. droll was by far the most sided handtrap at richmond. veiler is just the 5th best handtrap in matchups where you really need to play 5 to open as many as possible. antispell is the easiest single floodgate to play that doesnt affect lab at all and impacts the greatest number of other decks. but you dont even really need to play a floodgate in that slot at all, that slot in ryan yus list was just meme filler like limited gamma and driver lol.
