Terrors from the Overroot I think is very underrated. Probably my favorite card in the deck, it's extremely versatile and outs almost anything.

Compulse is great for triggering the effects of labyrinth cards and dodging targeting effects on Arianna or Lovely . Remember that it doesn't matter who's monster gets removed ; Welcome Labrynth and the field spell will still be able to activate.

I think if lab gets a new trap that is an interruption (or is treated as welcome on the field,that would be interesting) it would make using the furniture engine much much stronger because I often end up with welcome which reset itself and both torb chan trigger and I have nothing else to set

@JustNutz Prod. correction the price is $10 to $20 my bad i had to order a playset from canada (was cheaper). I would say give the deck time to settle into the format cause we have proof that people are interested & playing the deck. Hopefully as torney reports drop we'll get some profiles.

Couple of questions, then a couple of suggestions. 1. I've seen quite a number of profiles and no one seems to be running Torrential Tribute (or Needle Ceiling). Card is quite a good field clearer. Do you have a particular reason to not run it? 2. Cooclock is also absent from many of these profiles. What's your reasoning? I get that it's not amazing until Lady of the Labrynth gets her release, but if you pair Coo with either of the other furniture cards, you get a Welcome Labrynth that can be activated during your opponent's turn after you set it. (Clock, pitch for cost, then Chand/Torbie setting Welcome. New chain you can special summon the Clock which makes that copy of Welcome live). 3. Have you determined whether the 3/3 ratio of Chand/Torbie to be desirable? Seems like 2/2 would be more ideal if less consistent. All they do is set Welcome Labrynth, and sometimes LLab, but being able to set up a Backjack or BTS is just too good when you lose the dice roll. It's the only thing that really seems to give the deck any chance whatsoever to compete in the current meta. I'm personally dropping it down to 2/2 for aesthetic reasons, but 3/3 has felt cloggy comparatively. Now for the suggestions. 1. Trap lineup is solid, but I think Punishment could be the first card you could drop. The ED lock is really annoying and secondary removal is less useful due to being a monster effect. Plus Extrav hitting what you want can be debilitating. There's a ton of cards that simply synergize better with the furniture discards like Lost Wind and Titanocider. BTS is one of those cards that I considered, but never quite felt it fit in until you mentioned the ability to shut off Toad without it getting negated (by the toad). You should also consider teching a single copy of Storm Dragon's Return. A lot of people are running D.D. Crow which can completely screw over your single copy of Lovely (edit: seems you're playing two, my bad. Point still stands though). SDR is perfect for getting around that, and even reusing copies of Backjack or your opponent's resources that you've banished with IDP. 2. Something people keep missing is Labrynth Set-up. I don't know why. The card is nutty, especially if the opponent hits your field spell with a cosmic or something. It's a recycle and if you have a fiend on the field (so hard, ja) it it's a double set of any non-labrynth trap in the deck. Set a D-Barrier and an IDP. Set a Punishment and an Overroot. The combinations can seal games before you even pass the turn, or heck with Clock it can seal a game right there. 3. Lilith, Lady of Lament is a huge card as a single tech option. You get so much value out of sending her off of Glitch, and then recurring her with LLab and Torbie. Easily one of the best cards for mid game grind. Malice, Lady of Lament is also a huge late game grind option thanks to the same reasons as Lilith and being able to reuse any normal trap in the banish pile or GY.

Haven’t had much of a chance to test it yet, but I think Dark Sacrifice has potential as a side deck option games 2 and 3. Prevents the Duster or Lightning Storm from nuking your traps and lets you send Back Jack or any of the furniture to the GY to start generating advantage.

Honestly if we get just 1 more Labrynth Trap that has a negation or a relevant monster remval effect, the deck can easily become actually competitive, other than Welcome, the othe 2 traps are kinda ass, aslo Lord of Heavenly Prison has been an MVP for me when testing

Archfiend glitch (and fiend griefing) can send a fiend. Most times, you use King Back Jack, but you can send that burning abyss monster that negates.

I use compulsory at 3 because it doesn’t trigger the effects of tear as it sends it back to hand or the extra deck. I find running 3 archfiend ghastly leaves me bricking in some situations. I love the deck but it does need the other boss monster.

I think Arianne is more suited to non-pure builds. definitely still figuring out the trap lineup. surprised at no trap trick respect for the breakthrough skill use in 2022. what a psychopath. I love it

Im not sure about 6 furnitures, i think 2 drag 3 stovie or 2/2 is better, opening multiple doesnt rly do much and you'd rather see traps

That’s fair, just testing out the ratios. I kinda just thought if I see 2 without blackjack as a cracked discard I would just discard the other one so it doesn’t clog too much🤔

You should cut arianna to 1 or 2. You need a few for welcome but you dont really wanna draw her. Rather Main deck Lava Golem so you can actually defend yourself going 2nd. You got enough consistency with the furniture setting welcome from deck and extravaganz. Nice Video!

Respectfully, thats a really stupid idea to cut your stratos to 1. It searches ANYTHING. You dont ONLY need Welcome. The field spell makes you not lose to ash on welcome. You absolutely need to open arianna as much as possible.

Ariane can summon a Barrier Statue of the Abyss from the deck. Unfortunately, Abyss is probably the worst of its kind, but it interrupts enough decks that they're worth the space in the SD

I like to keep in side "Labrynth Archfiend" or x1 in main. Easy to summon and act as a big beat stick where the 2900 ATK of Lovely can't get over.

Can Archfiend Ghastly Glitch be searched off of Archfiend Heiress? If so that might be a cool tech because you can send it to the grave with the trap and then search another one.

I think its pretty dookie tbh. This deck wants to out resource your opponent and that card is pretty much a straight minus 1. As for arianne, she’s fine I guess. I’d consider playing her at 1, but no more. There’s just not even many monsters I want to summon off her. Like what’s the payoff? I don’t wanna add other bricks to the deck just to have a payoff for her

Why not play full force virus? Quite a few targets in the deck and has the ability to be recurred back from your queen. Feels super good. I can see it being annoying against tears but at that point can be sided out.

Farfas funny cause quick pitching it off torbie or chandraglier is a hand trap, but I think the BAs become bricks if not paired with those two so could be clunky

i have almost the same deck profil :D i am doing some torential tributes in the main deck. i like it alot. because u can use tt and if u have the field spell online u can just special summon mommy from grave.

farwelcome labrynth is sometimes really cool. it gets the addition destroy effect from the field spell and u can negate your own attack so u can technical attack negate your attack and destroy 2 enemy cards if u have the field spell active

Just seems like it makes the list a little worse going second which to me is my main concern with the deck. But right matchup statue is insane. Especially since we play a bunch of removal traps for when opponent tries to walk on it in battle
