The pins in question are the pins used for I2C communication on the Arduino UNO board, see official documentation: www.arduino.cc/reference/en/language/functions/communication/wire/ Some of the pins on the Arduino UNO can be used for different purposes, as in this case both Analog In and I2C communication (but not at the same time).
