Brings back a lot of childhood memories walking to and from school. There was a rumour that a new 5 star hotel with a helipad would be built around the Lac District. Has this started? Thanks for sharing.

Je connaissais bien le lac municipal parce qu'on allait de temps en temps à l'hôtel des députés. Je ne sais pas si ils ne vont pas faire des travaux là bas afin d'en faire un endroit plus touristique. Que des souvenirs.

Mon enfance à Yaoundé,années 70 surf, planche à voile ce lieux était magique…

That lake site is ideal for a residential and mixed (shops, restaurants, conference centre etc.. ) use project with appartments that can fetch up to 1 million dollar sale per unit .
