How do you ensure the kpis are tracked correctly? For example the picking accuracy, is the employee supposed to raise their hand and say they made a mistake? Does the WMS do it automatically?

Just saw your comment. The WMS should identify miss-picks. This is normally identified when you check the order or when you get returns back on the delivery.

How would I business measure picking accuracy for pickers. We have over 1000-2000 lines of order on average daily, it'd be difficult measure what each picker has picked. Thanks

You have to random sample. It requires some effort and man power, but if you have a person available have them randomly sample a couple lines on each order. Over time, the data captured will move towards the mean of what your picking accuracy truly is. Either do this, or get yourself a system that does this for you in the first place.

@@Laceupsolutions thanks for the reply, yeah I tried the sampling for abit but unfortunately it didn't work to well with our set up. When we get a scanning system in place in a couple months that will be a huge improvement. Thanks

@@Laceupsolutions Sir, Mike, actually these KPIs which you are describing now for the Warehouse attached to the Sale (by the way great video) and most KPIs are common for all whse, But we have a warehouse attached to a big Workshop, & we are providing Facility Management services to a Big Infrastructure (Train System), Mean you have the idea the kind of warehouse we have, so kindly help me to make it a better warehouse, i am a supervisor of this warehouse (having whse exp of 13 yrs of construction companies). Hope you understand my request.
