Ive been listening to Flyleaf since I was 13. I'm 30 now. I didn't know Lacey struck out on her own. I'm sitting at work sobbing. Having grown up with her music, her music keeping me company and sane in a time and place where I didnt want to be alive. Now, every day I am also living the impossible. I am here. I know that he helps me in that way in my own struggles, even though I haven't fully overcome them yet. And I'm happy to acknowledge God in it! I'm trying to get into the habit of doing it more often. Sometimes I think it, but don't say it, because I feel nervous (society being as it is, lol). I'm trying to be more open about it when it comes up. God is so amazing!

This is a very old comment, but worth the reply. I was drawn to Christ through Lacey's music. Imagine that the contentment you receive from her music is just a glimmer of what you will receive directly from God through faith in Jesus Christ. Her and several other of my favorite artists were just good and I didn't know why. Then I noticed some of my peers were just good and I didn't know why. The hints are there, the good shines like a beacon in this wicked world. Make the connection, what makes her music make you feel that way is that it is direct praise of God. You are open to it and can feel it. That is God calling to you through his tools on this earth. Listen to her life story, she was literally pulled from hell on earth by his calling, and today she shares that message with you.

I'm soooo excited for this!! I love it and it means so much to me. This song makes me think of how my daughter and I were so close to death during child birth. My blood pressure sky rocketed and they had to take her out extremely early. She was born 1 lb 9oz ..she's a healthy 9 year old with no problems and my bp is under control now. But I am so thankful for life and living the impossible!!! I found God again because of it.
