Zara did the same thing to me. They told me they deduct $5.00 from your refund and I can’t return in store. Zara said they left it at a business desk and I live in a house. Kate Wright on YT had the same problem. Zara is robbing Peter to pay Paul. They use to be good. The line is we show it was delivered. Go look at your neighbors houses to see if they got it. I was not doing it especially since they said it was left at a office.
