I asked ChatGPT for a riddle on the secret cellar. It came back with: "In the halls of stone, where shadows dance, A hidden path awaits your chance. Seek the symbols, sharp and clear, To unlock the cellar, bring it near. Follow the clues, step by step, Through twists and turns, secrets kept. Eyes keen, observe each wall, And the path to the cellar shall enthrall. Decipher the puzzle, hold the key, And the hidden realm you shall see. I always thought that the game's clue to the castle cellar's location was the fact that the first purchase-able key was outside the border of Rimuldar

That is a good point, but the key shop was at least visible from another part of town. Had no clue about the cellar until...

@@LackAttack I don't blame you one bit for the trouble you had. I just think that the original designers probably thought that the sun stones were hidden too well, so they moved the first keys to be a more obvious version of the same puzzle. I'm loving this blind playthrough. I grew up on this game and am replaying it currently. I listen to you while I grind for levels!

I could be wrong, but I thought the map of Tantegel Castle had the cellar on there. I think that's how I found it as a young lad.

So happy that you found the stones! I remember that stumping me when my brother and I were kids. Never did find them as a kid. I saw you hit the bounds of it in video 2 and was cheering for you to find them. Can’t wait to see you beat it!

Now imagine the search for the stone with no internet, no chat, no stream, and no friend who is further along in the game than you. This is why Gen X are hyper competent and/or sociopaths.
