How do people handle the heat and high humidity throughout the year? How do the Casa Linda buses help with shopping if you have a lot of groceries?
@casalindavillas Жыл бұрын
Hi there, thanks for watching! Our shuttle bus goes by all main grocery shops in the area, so you can easily hop on/off afterward. As far as humidity, your body gets used to it with time. Having your own private pool and a villa with ACs and fans in every room doesn't hurt either :)
@dovygoodguy1296 Жыл бұрын
@@casalindavillas I was thinking that you would take the shuttle to shop and get your groceries delivered. Is that what you mean? About the humidity, is it the same throughout the year, meaning you sweat without air conditioning and spend most time indoors with air conditioning?
@casalindavillas Жыл бұрын
@@dovygoodguy1296 There are shops with delivery service, but that's the actual store that would provide that service. The weather is generally 27C throughout the year. Winter time can be as low as 19C and summer 37C.

@@casalindavillas Right, so the shuttles might take you to a place where they will deliver your shopping from them.

@@dovygoodguy1296 The shuttle just provide transportation to the supermarket where you do your normal groceries. Then you just wait for the bus to come around again and take you and your bags back to Casa Linda.

Hi did you buy your home there ? Is it easier for Americans over Canadians ?

Hi Monika, thanks for watching! It is mainly the same process for all buyers (whether local or foreigners). These people are indeed owners in our community! Find more details about our villa options at info@buyincasalinda.com
