Good video however someone should still be holding MILS until the person is fully immobilised using collar, scoop and/or spinal board

It is one of the first things i would consider taking into account the mechanism of injury/history and your crew member should not let go until the patient is fully immoblised unless the scene becomes dangerous and/or other reason stated in your training/policies and procedures

Thanks for this vid, I was just short of passing my emr on the first go, reviewing areas I was weak in and this video helped a lot. Already I realized I was doing the hemorrhage control wrong by doing tourniquet before applying pressure.

Gentlemen, how about those pupils? ITLS says that in any case it means that in case of problems we check pupils + glycemia. My friends tell me that both versions are available in the run that does everything
