What a coincidence, the first video you upload after I subscribe is of my favourite fragrance! I have a very personal and sentimental connection with this one and have been wearing it since 2012 though much less now since my collection has grown substantially since I started collecting fragrances in around 2016. I still have an original formulation bottle and in this one I can detect a sort of tropical vibe due to what I believe to be a quite tangy pineapple note; I heard you say that you detected a sour note and I get that too in the newer batches but in the old it has a distinct tropical pineapple aroma, more pronounced than in the new formulations. All in all not worth hunting down a vintage since the difference is minor.

I love Lacoste Blanc. I know people say this is a summer cologne but do you think it's bad to wear it daily to work or in the winter?

Absolutely! It's fresh, light, casual and non-offensive. If you like it and it makes you feel confident, don't let anyone else's opinion keep you from enjoying it. I live in Florida, so it's hot for most of they year. The few months it gets cool enough to wear long pants I get excited to break out fragrances that have more spice and are a little heavier and darker. That being said, I've worn D&G The One EDP and other cool weather fragrances outside of the "winter" months just because I like it. Ultimately, wear what makes you happy. @@kevinmatthew1050 Hey Kevin - There's a couple I like a lot for office wear. Take a look at Coach for Men or it's flanker Coach Platinum for Men. Both are good for year-round and day/night wear. If I had to pick only one of those 3, I’d go with the Varvatos Artisan Pure. I like them all. However, the longevity and sillage is better on Artisan Pure. I’m also a big fan of the mandarin orange top. But you can’t go wrong with any of them.
